On the first day of 2019, ANKE had successfully finished a new chapter of our overseas installation story. During the 2019 New Years vacation, ANKE’S international sales staff and after-sales engineers had continually engaged in their intense work on our first superconducting MRI machine-SuperMark 1.5T in Uzbekistan.
From the date of 3rd to 8th of January, the water chiller, magnet and the RF cage had been successively installed. Through all the hard efforts which our staff and engineers contributed, the equipment had been accepted once directly by our end-user in February 2019. This time, the successful completion of one-stop pre-sales and after-sales service, ANKE had won high praise from foreign customers with professional and efficient work again.
In past decades, the CIS region had played a very essential role for ANKE’s business, including the Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is a famous "Silk Road" ancient country, and it has a long history of contact with China through the "Silk Road". The January in Uzbekistan was fluttered of heavy snow, our staff and engineers rushed to Kokand without any delay. After nearly 5 hours of driving, finally they arrived the destination.
The hospitals in Uzbekistan are all have quite elegant and comfortable environment, spacious and clean, the different kinds of high-end medical equipments are unexpected. From this situation, we can find out the Uzbekistan take a lot of considerations of the medical and healthcare industry. After careful investigation and confirmation that the equipment accessories and venue facilities are correct, everyone began to work together to install the wiring, and the intense and fast-paced work was completed quickly. Through the system inspection and careful and detailed on-site maintenance, the main body of SuperMark 1.5T equipment was installed. Subsequently, through the liquid helium pressure test, the excitation shimming and the like were successfully completed, and the process and the hardship were self-evident. After careful equipment testing and on-site debugging, the equipment was successfully produced at one time, and the SuperMark 1.5T near-perfect clinical image was approved by the hospital leaders and experts. Success stems from diligence, and the hard work of more than 10 days is rewarded. Everybody was excited about this result.
In the following days, the whole installation process went well, and the system operation training was carried out before the Chinese Spring Festival. Through the on-site demonstration and intelligent software prompts, the technicians of the customer hospitals can quickly use and simply maintain the equipment. The local people of Kokand are friendly and enthusiastic. There is no insurmountable barrier to language communication in the imagination. The training process in the week is pleasant and harmonious. After the Spring Festival vacation, the SuperMark 1.5T superconducting MRI finally passed the acceptance, and the ANKE 1.5T superconducting MRI ended in Uzbekistan's first installation in 2019.
On the day of equipment acceptance, the principals of hospital kindly invited our engineers and technicians to participate local Muslim Party, to make them feel the deep Muslim culture, and also share the joy of the successful installation. Although the installation has come to an end, but we have never stopped, we look forward to ANKE's imaging equipment throughout the major hospitals in Uzbekistan. ANKE's equipment is first class, we will continually to make best services to all the customers and end users of ANKE.
