In past several years, the overseas medical imaging markets are mainly hold by some giant brands such as GE, Philips, SIEMENS, especially in European market. However, this time, ANKE uses their leading permanent magnet product-OPENMARK 5000 to successfully open the European market. 

After the very first super conducting MRI machine had successfully settled in Uzbekistan, ANKE had completed another excellent achievement at the beginning of 2019 again! This permanent magnet king OPENMARK 5000 once again crosses the country and settles in Italy, the core country of the European Union. From the front line, the first OPENMARK 5000 MRI in Italy has been successfully commissioned, inspected and put into operation in 2019. 

In order to complete the installation task as soon as possible, all of the engineers had worked very hard and put lots of efforts into this projrct. On February 12th, ANKE’s sales service engineers arrived at the scene as scheduled and started magnet handling work. First of all, the international large-capacity magnetic resonance equipment previously used by the customer must be completely removed, and then replaced with the new ANKE OPENMARK 5000 magnetic resonance imaging system, the overall workload is huge. Everyone worked together to make the hospital's shielded room looks brand new by only need one substantial working day.

On February 13, the OPENMARK 5000 magnet was completed in place as scheduled. The new-generation OPENMARK 5000 magnet has higher field strength, a larger magnet GAP, a larger imaging range, and a comprehensive advantage; besides, the OPENMARK 5000 also contains other advantages such like the double-column open magnet, reasonable magnetic circuit design and stable structure. With a large openness of more than 280°, doctors and their families can reach the patient at zero distance, reducing the patient's claustrophobia and providing a platform for interventional therapy. The high-performance magnetic material achieves the strength of the midfield magnetic field and ensures the stability of the performance of the magnet.

From 14^th to 19^th of February, we entered the meticulous installation stage of the whole machine, and completed the temperature control system and auxiliary power board, gradient coil, bed bracket, RF transmitting coil, RF front-end amplifier, conductive board, bed control box, hospital bed; some other hardware installation such as bed frame and bed board, and system cable connection, magnet heating, etc. During this period, through in-depth communication with local engineers and on-site training of the system, the client has a detailed understanding of the structure and basic working principle of the OPENMARK 5000 system.

On the 20^th to 23^rd of February, we performed the most critical magnet shimming work. The active and passive shimming technology ensures uniformity of the magnetic field and improves image quality. The OPENMARK 5000 advanced magnet eddy current processing technology guarantees the expansion of imaging functions. The high-precision magnet temperature control system ensures the stability of the magnetic field strength, ensures the long-term stability of the image quality, and saves a lot of maintenance costs for the user from the source.

From 24th to 26^th of February, the engineers and technicians conducted comprehensive system debugging and system performance testing. Since February 27th, we have systematically trained doctors and technicians in Italian hospitals on standardized operations, clinical applications, and system maintenance. After professional testing and careful confirmation by hospital customers, the OPENMARK 5000 system was successfully accepted on March 5th, which marked the full recognition of the ANKE MRI system by users in Italy. 

After the OPENMARK 5000 system was installed, everything worked well, and all the indicators fully met the customers’ requirements, which were well received by the end-users. According to Italian customers, the regular image quality of our OPENOPE 5000 is obviously superior to that of other international brands. This is the recognition of our products and technology, and it is also a strong affirmation and proof of our continuous innovation ability. In the journey of internationalization, now ANKE had completed another important step, which had already entered European market, and we believe ANKE’s products will have brighter future in the international market.
